Sponsorship Opportunities
On May 6 and 7, 2011, the Get Publishing Communications Society is taking it to the edge, and we would appreciate your help.
This year’s conference, At the Edge of Print, will gather close to 150 writers, editors, and publishers under one roof to seek out new opportunities, new media, and new genres for the written word. Attendees will choose from nine interactive and innovative panels ranging from “Tales from the Blogosphere,” to “Pop Culture Confidential,” to “X-Streams: How Does Your Income Flow.” They can pitch their ideas to publishers or editors at our ever-popular “Pitch Camp,” don their thinking caps at our first-ever “Writers' Circus,” and absorb advice, knowledge, and experience from our two keynote speakers.
As a sponsor, there are many ways you can help us achieve lift-off. Financially, you could choose from a number of different contribution levels and so receive increasing levels of benefit and recognition. (See our Sponsorship Benefits Below.) Or you could become an “in-kind” sponsor and receive the same benefits at a corresponding level of support. You could donate an item for the silent auction, or book a table at our lively marketplace. You could sponsor a specific session, a segment of the event (breakfast, coffee break, lunch, keynote speaker…), or even help an individual participant attend the conference through our one-of-a-kind bursary program.
